  11. Help. I use Tool Manger 2.0 and I'm having trouble getting an icon for
  12. Interchange Plus to work. Using the standard procedure (dropping icon
  13. for program into the "new" window) does not work, for either the
  14. ICP_Start icon OR the program icon. I know that there are some
  15. modifications that must be done from that programs window in Tool
  16. Manger, but don't know what they are. If anyone has Interchange Plus
  17. bootable from Tool Manager, please let me know how you got it done.
